Scott, Store Manager: This is the truck driver you helped. I just wanted to personally thank you. You are a true professional—intelligent, respectful, and genuinely kind. I found myself in a difficult situation, and even though you had no obligation to help me, you went out of your way to make a real difference. Your integrity, leadership, and willingness to help left a lasting impression on me. You are a tremendous asset to this establishment. If you’re willing to treat a complete stranger with this level of respect and kindness, I’m confident you treat your regular customers with the same professionalism every single day. People like you are rare. Thank you again for your kindness. I’ll never forget it.

I had a great experience at Farm & Fleet and wanted to recognize Marco for his excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to help me. I was purchasing a heavy bag of chicken feed, and without hesitation, Marco offered to carry it for me. His willingness to help made my shopping experience much easier and showed how much he cares about customers. It’s clear that Marco is a hardworking employee who takes pride in providing great service. Farm & Fleet is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Thank you, Marco, for your kindness and dedication! In

I would rate this a solid 4/5 - 4.5/5. This store has literally EVERYTHING you need. Shoes, clothes, snacks, decorations, food, drinks, whatever you need it has. The staff were extremely friendly, and very accessible. The only thing I was a little thrown off by was the price of things. In Chicago, the store are a bit cheaper, and it being in Oswego, it has everything you need, so it makes why the price are a little bit higher (you're paying for convenience). They also had baby chicks, which was a surprise. I still would recommend checking it out of you're in the area for fun.

Found my items just fine but once I brought my items to self checkout and rang them up the register froze and stopped responding. Instead of the 3 employees standing around noticing and coming over to help they were deep in conversation laughing, talking loudly, clearly not talking about anything important just chitchat. I eventually moved over to a different register and completed my purchase but this was after attempting to politely flag them over and being ignored. Id like to note I was the only customer at the checkout area, there wasnt anyone else for them to be caught up taking care of. By the time I finished and started walking away one of the employee said they were going to get back to work and left while the other 2 where still goofing off without a care in the world.
